Kashmir Earthquake Relief (KER) is a growing network of USA-based and Kashmir-based individuals who joined hands to launch a planned and concerted initiative to help the thousands of Kashmiris rendered homeless and destitute by the South Asian earthquake to rapidly rebuild their lives and communities.

This 100% voluntary effort has been supported by hundreds of generous donors, Global Giving, The North Face, Nestle and UPS.

KER’s long-term mission is to help rebuild communities and empower people in Kashmir by pursuing high-impact programs that are driven by social entrepreneurship and a spirit of voluntary service.  We seek to help others unlock their human potential to achieve positive change in their lives and their communities.

Reflecting our long-term program strands, KER now also stands for:

Kashmir Educational Resource

Kashmir Economic Reconstruction

Kashmir Emergency Response
